However, we know not all buildings have the information required to hand and readily available to submit when the deadline comes. And in some cases, the information required may be missing, or the building may have been constructed differently to what the information says.
That’s why we offer a Golden Thread Gap Analysis service to review your golden thread of information and cross reference this with what is actually there. Providing you a thorough report to either submit to the Building Safety Regulator or use to identify what works will need to be done to make your building safe.
