Burwardsley – New Build Bungalow

Intelligent FS were instructed to create a new purpose-built single storey property to house an elderly relative of our clients within the grounds of his existing property.

Located in North Wales overlooking the Cheshire Plains the property design had to comply with strict planning constraints.

To accommodate the new structure, Intelligent FS undertook the removal of 1500 tons of spoil and foundation arisings including breaking into an existing sandstone hill adjoining the new property. No mains drainage was available, so a septic tank solution was provided. The property was completed including carpets and curtains ready for the owner to move in. The client is delighted with the works undertaken and is available to provide references upon request.
