St Crispins Court
Making your building safe & sustainable.
Helping you safely on your journey to freedom.
Since the terrible Grenfell Tower tragedy in 2017 the UK has been gripped by a cladding crisis, trapping thousands of homeowners in their properties and causing thousands of tenants the stress that comes with living in a building with potentially combustible insulation.
St Crispin’s Court was constructed in 2008 on the site of the Mansfield Shoe Co.
The building consists of a stepped block of 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 stories containing 86 apartments with 5 servicing lifts and includes a 2-storey podium with commercial occupants, off Stockwell Gate, in Mansfield city Centre. The block is ‘U’-shaped, with the open side facing south.
Pedestrian access to the building for residents is currently off Dallas Street to the west, with upper-level car parking access at off Dallas Street, and lower-level semi-underground parking access off Radford Street to the east.
