All contractors have been engaged and plan for delivery finalised. A laser 3D model of the building façade has been created, allowing us to plan the new façade.
The drone survey has been completed providing a full dilapidation of the exterior of the building.
Samples have been submitted to enable the procurement of materials.
Building Control have approved the new A1 brickslip cladding system and A1 rainscreen system so that works can commence on 12th May 2023. This includes obtaining all necessary permits for road closures required throughout the remediation works and environmental plans for the ethical disposal of all waste materials.
Initial works will include the mobilisation of the site office and facilities, followed by all access being erected.
