Projects include a £7.5 million envelope scheme in the North of England incorporating the replacement of existing timber, zinc & masonry cladding. Other projects have included a £1 million envelope scheme in the North West incorporating Rainscreen and Renderbrick proprietary cladding systems together with the installation of high-performance window units.
Intelligent FS operate in a variety of sectors including HMP, the MOJ (Courts Division), Retail, Laboratories, Analytical Clinics together with Commercial and Industrial projects.

Intelligent FS is a Principal Contractor in the Construction industry and provider of Single FM services. We are specialists in Cladding remediation, Cleanroom and Laboratory fit-out, and luxury Residential Renovations.
We have an exceptional reputation in the market as a Principal Contractor within the built environment, known for high quality, safe, efficient, and compliant projects. This provides us with an edge against many traditional construction firms of our size, unable to scale to include all aspects required by larger projects (including Commercial and Stakeholder Management, Access Considerations – working alongside utilities, waterways, railways and Occupant Liaison to name just a few). The resulting turn-key solution we offer is rare in the market unless you engage the top 50 construction companies where cost bases are considerably higher and flexibility and speed to mobilise much lower.

By engaging at the pre-construction phase, we can bring added value and design engineering alternatives which bring reduced costs and improved workflow. We constantly find that the use of arm’s length design solutions brings its own challenges that can be expensive to address during the construction phase.
