One of the first deliverables of the project is a dilapidation survey of the exterior cladding of the building. This provides an initial view of the condition of the building and provides a baseline for budget planning for any potential cladding panels replacements required.
Aerial Drone Surveys offer high levels of accuracy, precision, detail and scale, giving the ability to view live images of the building’s condition, without the need to erect specialist access equipment, therefore reducing the costs of delivering this service.
Additionally, the risks of performing an aerial drone survey are much lower than having to have an operative working at height to accomplish the same results.
Completed during 24th & 25th August 2022, the drone survey marked the start of the project and your journey to freedom.
