Resident Liaison Meetings
Intelligent FS are committed to providing first-class customer service. With that in mind our Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) will be the point of contact for the residents of Milliners Wharf and will play a vital role in communicating project updates & changes and any other relevant news.
All concerns and complaints will be treated equally and the RLO will endeavor to seek solutions as quickly and efficiently as possible. Not all problems will have a quick fix so its important to work together and remain as patient as possible during the project. We are here to support you.
Resident Liaison meeting dates will be published here, taking place every two weeks at the Site Office. These meetings will address all questions raised from the website (so please submit your questions as and when you think of them), from Block Directors, Resident Representative, Concierge and other stakeholders. All meeting s will be recorded and uploaded here so you can listen back as often as you like. We will also update the FAQs regularly with questions raised from the meetings. An open meeting for all will be arranged halfway through the project, so please look out for that.
