Fire Safety Remediation

Introduction to Fire Safety Remediation

Intrusive surveys are a key part of fire safety remediation, and you can read more about those here.

However, by putting in this extra work in the form of invasive surveys, at an early part of the project, it reduces the risk of encountering issues at a later stage which
then cause a lot more challenges down the line. These challenges can often lead to increased unexpected costs, increased disruption, and a high level of frustration.
By identifying these issues early, it enables you to have all the information at the planning stage so that designs and methodology can be changed and adapted to suit.
The time and cost of carrying out these early survey works is far smaller than the time and money spent dealing with unforeseen problems during the construction
phase of the project.

Intelligent FS work very closely with our clients from a very early stage in the project to develop a plan together, working through all design and planning stages. We
create our own designs for approval by designers rather than the client having to engage architects to develop the design for us, saving both time and money. This is
then built upon with a lot of emphasis put upon building strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project and keeping everyone informed of what our plans
are and what works we have coming that may affect them.
