The preparation or mobilisation of this project has been underway for several months. This includes activities to agree the approach to the works, health & safety strategy, stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Now the project has begun, you will have seen the arrival of site office cabins, the erection of fencing and our drone completing a full building survey.
In the background, systems are being setup, websites created, staff mobilised and materials purchased.
Over the coming days, the site office will be fully kitted out, and screening and branding erected to assist our work force in staying safe and the building residents in staying informed.
This will mark the end of the preparation phase and the start of the project proper.
