1. Introductions

2. Project Update
2.1 – Overall, the project is around 55% complete with 7 mast climbers currently active. Below is a more detailed breakdown of each area.
2.2 – Position 1 – Works between L2-8 complete. Work to L1 currently ongoing.
2.3 – Position 2 – Cladding works to this area commenced last week with L8 due to be finished early next week. All balcony works in this area are complete.
2.4 – Position 3 – Works to L1 and L4-L8 complete. Balcony works still to be carried out, these will be starting in 2/3 weeks.
2.5 – Position 4 – All work to this area is 100% complete.
2.6 – Position 5 – Cladding complete at L5-L8. Balcony works to this area will begin when cladding is complete in 3/4 weeks.
2.7 – Position 6 – All works complete from L2-L8. L1 is still to complete and will commence in around 4 weeks.
2.8 – Position 7 – All works to this area complete.
2.9 – Position 8 – This work area has now been split into 2 mast climbers. Both mast climbers have been fully installed and work is ready to start.
2.10 – Position 9 – Work in this area is due to start in mid-October.
2.11 – Position 10 – Works to L8 in this area are almost complete. Works will continue down the building.
2.12 – Position 11 – Work in this area is due to start in early October.
2.13 – Position 12 – All cladding work in this area is complete. Balcony decking replacement to triangle balconies is left to be completed, this will be done next week.
2.14 – Position 13 – Work in this area is due to start in late Oct/early Nov
3. Project Lookahead – the following works are what is intended to be carried out in the period until the next meeting.
3.1 – Position 1 – Works to L1 will be completed
3.2 – Position 2 – Works will continue down the building between L7-L5
3.3 – Position 3 – Work will continue down the building to L2, balcony works at L8 will then follow
3.4 – Position 5 – Works will continue down the building between L4-L2
3.5 – Position 8/8a – Works in this area will commence from L8 and work down the building. We aim to be down to L6 by the next meeting.
3.6 – Position 10 – L8 will be completed and works continue down to L7 & L6 in the next month.
3.7 – Position 11 – Once balconies are complete to position 12, the mast climber will be relocated to Position 11. We aim for this to be around the first week in October.
3.8 – Position 12 – Works to the balcony decking will be completed in the next couple of weeks and then the mast climber will be removed.
4. Compliments and Complaints
4.1 – One resident had a paving flag damaged during balcony works. These have now been replaced.
4.2 – A complaint was received about debris being present the the window sills. Cleaning process will be to remove all large debris at the end of each shift and then a full clean will take place once works in the area are complete.
5. Resident Queries
5.1 – Only query received in the period was to ask when position 12 would be complete. Due to additional balcony works, this will now be in place for a couple of weeks longer
6. Any Other Business
6.1 – Additional works have recently been instructed for IFS to replace all timber decking on balconies to Carruthers St and the car park elevation with an aluminium alternative.
