Since our last update, we have had lot happening on site. In this post, we will give a run down of the works completed and the works planned in the coming weeks.

Using the diagram above as a guide, below is a summary of the progress made so far in each position.

Position 1 – Work in this area commenced at the start of May and is currently completed between L3-L8. Level 2 will be complete next week before we continue with balcony works which are planned to be finished by the end of the month.

Position 2 – Works to level 1 in this area are complete but the mast climber is yet to be installed. Once Position 1 is completed at the end of the month, the mast climber will be relocated to Position 2.

Position 3 – The mast climber in this location will be installed this week with works to cladding starting next week. Works will start at level 8 and work down the building taking around 1.5 weeks per level.

Position 4 – All works in this area between L2-L8 are now complete and the mast climber removed. Works to level 1 will be progressing from next week.

Position 5 – This mast climber will be installed over the next couple of weeks with works again starting from L8 working down for 1.5 weeks per level.

Position 6 – All works between L2-L8 are now complete and the mast climber removed. L1 cladding will commence later in the year.

Position 7 – All works from L1-L8 area, there are no more works to complete here.

Position 8 – Work will commence here with the mast climber installation in the next 3 weeks. We are currently just awaiting some updated designs.

Position 9 – Works to level 1 are complete with L2-L8 due to commence in October.

Position 10 – This mast climber is currently being installed and cladding works will follow starting at L8 and working down. Level 1 is already complete.

Position 11 – Works to level 1 are complete with L2-L8 due to commence in October.

Position 12 –   Work is currently at L6 with L7, L8 & L1 already complete. We anticipate for the works on this mast climber to be complete by last August.

Position 13 – This will be the last mast climber to be installed so there will be no works until later in the year.

We are currently around 35% of the way through the project and we expect works accelerate further in the second half of the year as we install more mast climbers to drive the project through to completion.
