From design to delivery, these flaws have proven to be fatal, and the new Building Safety Act 2022 aims to navigate all stakeholders to a better and safer built environment.

It’s vital that we act now, in anticipation of what the government will be telling us must be done, and to the best of our knowledge, act upon what the Grenfell enquiry has taught us so far.
